About Us
How It All Started: A Mission Born from Brotherhood and Experience
Veteran Development Group was founded by four Marines who faced a challenge familiar to many: transitioning from military service to civilian life. What seemed at first to be an insurmountable obstacle turned into a journey of growth, resilience, and discovery. Each of the founders navigated their own unique path through the uncertainties of civilian life, learning valuable lessons along the way. From finding new careers to establishing a sense of purpose outside of the uniform, they uncovered insights and steps that made the transition more streamlined and effective.
But they realized that their journey wasn’t just about personal success—it was about sharing what they had learned with others. They couldn’t keep the hard-earned wisdom and practical knowledge to themselves. With a deep sense of responsibility to their brothers and sisters still facing the same difficult transition, the founders came together once again. This time, their mission wasn’t on a battlefield but in the effort to empower veterans with the tools and support necessary for a successful transition to civilian life.
What began as an idea forged from shared experiences has now become a full-scale mission, driven by the same principles they lived by in the Marine Corps: service, leadership, and commitment to the greater good. Veteran Development Group exists to continue serving those who served, ensuring that every veteran can overcome the challenges of transition and thrive in the next chapter of their lives.
