Meet the Team
Juan C. Manco
Director of Operations
From combat deployments to humanitarian missions, Juan Manco’s 23-year journey as a U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sergeant shaped his unbreakable resilience, adaptability, and gratitude. Through the challenges of service—whether coordinating regional security missions in Asia or delivering urgent relief after natural disasters—Juan developed a global perspective rooted in preparation, empathy, and a commitment to serving others. It was this purpose-driven mindset that guided his transition from military life to Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 50 organization where the Credo aligned with his values: to serve humanity beyond the uniform.
Today, Juan is the North America Outbound Transportation Operations Manager for J&J's MedTech Segment, leading a team responsible for all outbound shipments across the U.S. and Canada. His focus on operational excellence and crisis management has resulted in substantial cost savings while enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, he excelled in J&J’s Military Veteran Leadership Development Program, taking on roles in Global Product Security, Marketing, and Change Management.
Beyond his corporate success, Juan co-founded DAV Chapter 161, "The Four Chaplains," supporting wounded and disabled veterans. This initiative fulfills his enduring mission: to empower veterans and prepare active-duty members for successful transitions into civilian life. Juan remains committed to lifelong learning, currently pursuing an MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute, and continues to inspire others by fostering resilience, growth, and a culture of service.
